Return & Refund Policy

At Scent + Art LLC, your satisfaction matters. Because our kits contain fragrance oils and personal-care ingredients, we apply hygiene-based return conditions — similar to cosmetic products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

30-Day Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligible Returns — Unopened Kits Only

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused, in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used kits (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Kits with broken seals or accessed fragrance oils
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or final-sale items (unless arrived damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at myousuf@scentplusart.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please:

  1. Email us at myousuf@scentplusart.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
  3. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required

Defects covered include: damaged bottles, leaking oils, missing components, or incorrect items shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email myousuf@scentplusart.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving return authorization
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
