At Scent + Art LLC, we want your perfume-making kit to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Available shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch (available at additional cost)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We periodically offer free standard shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed at checkout and during promotional periods.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers depending on your location and chosen service:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery estimates:

  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe, Australia, and other regions: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and destination country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Scent + Art LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for it to become active.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing myousuf@scentplusart.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Lost packages: Contact us at myousuf@scentplusart.com after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged packages: Email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Delays

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity issues, severe weather, peak holiday seasons, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to assist if delays occur.
